Functional rehabilitation aims to return you to optimal levels of fitness, sometimes at a better level than previously. We put together individually tailored rehabilitation programmes using specific exercises to utilise large muscle groups. This aims to improve the strength of large locomotor, core, and postural muscles. Whether you are returning from an injury to get back to sport or simply want to be less sedentary, we are sure we can find a level for you to work at and improve upon.
We now offer two types of appointment, physical appointments at our clinics and virtual appointments. No matter which type you choose you’ll be taken through a full programme of exercises and recieve the same support and guidance throughout.
